Awie - We know Awie stayed at Ukay Bestari due to unfortunate episode of his life with his now ex-wife, Rozana.
Faizal Tahir - His mini studio ( Home Suite Studio) is located at Ukay Perdana.
Zizan Nin - Owned a house at Ukay Perdana.
Deja Moss - Owned a restaurant/café (Hadeeja Kedai Kek Lapis Segar dan Kafe) here.
Norma Hakim - in 2008 his office is here at Ukay Perdana (now not so sure)
Putri Mardiana - overheard that she stayed at Ukay Perdana too.
There are ofcourse few Production House here..
